Sankhuwasabha’s Chainpur Municipality-1 tourist spot cave pond (GufaPokhari) is the main sight of internal and external tourists.
Located at an altitude of 2890 meters, this captivating cave pond attracts hundreds of domestic tourists daily from Taplejung Tehrathum Dhankuta Sankhuwasabha and Sunsari.
However, the existence of the cave pond, which is an attractive destination for tourists in Bhojpur, seems to be in danger due to a lack of protection.
